This charming villa in Puglia, with a 2300 m² fenced garden, is an ideal choice for a large family or a holiday with friends on the Ionian coast of Puglia, just 600 m away from sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops. It offers a completely private and serene ambiance.
The villa is located a mere 7-minute walk from the sea in a residential area of the summer town, approximately 7-10 km away from larger towns in Puglia.
The main building, dating back to the 18th century, is constructed in a typical Salento style with high star-shaped arches. Both the interior and exterior are adorned with light colors, creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The standout feature of the villa is its large covered patio. For the convenience of guests, it is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a dining table for 12 people, and a 50-inch LCD TV, allowing you to enjoy your time outdoors.
The villa’s facade overlooks a courtyard adorned with olive trees, agaves, and pittosporum. Privacy and security are ensured by a high fence surrounding the villa, an alarm system, and the generally tranquil surroundings. Entrance is available by car through automatic gates with remote control, and there is also a smaller gate for pedestrian entry.
Upon entering the living area from the patio, you will find four bedrooms on the right and left sides, each with a separate entrance, air conditioning, TV, and decorated with majolica elements from Grottaglie and Vietri. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The windows are protected by mosquito nets and curtains (added in 2020). The air-conditioned living room leads into the kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary household appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine (a separate laundry space was created in spring 2020; new pictures are awaited).
The garden features a barbecue and several dining tables adorned with Vietri majolica (near the pool).
Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for children (200 * 80 cm). The size of the fourth bedroom allows for the addition of a third bed.
