This wonderful and cozy villa on the Ionian coast of Puglia is situated just 1.3 km from the beaches and 800 meters from the “center” of the seaside village. It is located within a residence, surrounded by other villas.
The villa features a spacious living room divided into sections – a kitchen area, a dining area with ample storage, and a sitting area with a sofa and TV. Through the door, a corridor leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with no adjoining rooms. The bedrooms are configured as follows:
- One bedroom has a double bed and one single bed.
- The second bedroom has one double bed.
- Bedroom three has a bunk bed.
There are air conditioners in the living room and a powerful one in the hallway that serves all three rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. One of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils.
The exterior of the villa features two verandas in different parts of the house. Additionally, there are two entrances/exits leading to the front garden and the backyard with the pool. The pool area, adjacent to the covered gazebo, includes a grill, table football, and sun loungers. The pool gradually reaches a depth of 1.90 meters.
