Villa Marella is a magnificent pool villa surrounded by greenery with large spaces and 12 beds. The house is located on two levels and is equipped with all the basic amenities such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower, parking and barbecue. Pets are allowed.
The interiors are preceded by a veranda overlooking the pool, where you can have breakfast and relax. Also at the back of the yard is a beautiful pergola, entwined with vines with garden furniture, equipped with a barbecue and a countertop with a sink.
The interiors on the ground floor open onto a large living room with dining area, double sofa bed, fireplace and piano. Next to the living room is a beautiful country style kitchen. On the same floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, as well as a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom with double and single beds, 1 full bathroom and a magnificent large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as well as a kitchen and an entrance hall for the sleeping area.

The road passes near vineyards, olive groves, without serpentines. It’s fairly flat here.
