This villa, combining part trullo and part new house with a conventional roof called lamia, is a building from the mid-18th century. The villa was restored in a modern style in 2019 with panoramic views and spacious open areas, custom-made furniture in light tones, and all modern amenities.
In the trullo part, there is a bedroom with two “alcoves,” where two double beds are located. This arrangement can be very convenient for parents with little ones. One of the alcoves is covered with curtains, giving the room a cozy feel. This part of the house has its own entrance, a bathroom with a unique stone shower, a full bathroom, and a small coffee corner, allowing you to make yourself a cup of coffee at any time without crossing the entire house. Moving along a small corridor, you enter the new part of the villa — lamia, characterized by very spacious rooms. The total area of the villa is about 200 m2.
The new part of the villa consists of a large living room, a spacious bedroom with a bed and an armchair in front of a large window, and its own bathroom; bedrooms with double beds; a third elegant bathroom with an emotional shower, LED lamps. The house is equipped with silent central air conditioning.
Completing the villa is a covered veranda with a dining table, accessed from the living room, and a panoramic pool in front of the villa.
