This resort is a splendid example of local rural architecture. Once magnificent trulli and beautiful stone houses served as rural homes, but today they have been restored and renovated using high-quality and refined materials, equipped with all modern amenities while preserving their original character.

The three separate buildings are conceived as distinct spaces within a unique complex. The idea is to connect them through shared areas: a large kitchen and living room, a pool and its surrounding areas, a barbecue zone with a wood-fired oven. All of these create a hospitable environment where family and friends can enjoy a wonderful vacation in complete seclusion.

In total, the complex comprises 7 rooms, a sleeping area in the living room, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, one of which is very spacious, and various open spaces revolving around a large pool. The complex is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi, a gym, garden furniture in different areas, a pool with an audio system, and safety sensors in case a child falls into the water. Additionally, there is the option to invite a chef and other contractors to the villa. It is an ideal place for organizing private events.

Total private area: 5 hectares
Built-up area: 289 m2.

trullo puglia

The Trullo

This building was founded around an ancient structure dating back to 1800 with a vaulted ceiling, which now houses the kitchen. To this environment, 4 trulli were added, reconstructed on the ruins, creating two large bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. A recently constructed spacious living room overlooks the pool, covered by a wooden loft and equipped with a fireplace, which proves useful for cool autumn evenings or the shoulder seasons.

This structure consists of 4 cones, while other rooms feature stone vaulted ceilings, including the entrance and kitchen. The large living room has a ceiling with wooden beams.

The Lamia

This small estate represents an ancient building with stone vaults. The entrance area (hence the name of the building) is covered by a cylindrical vault and leads to 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom and featuring the characteristic Apulian star vaults. The house is adorned with a beautiful, spacious patio. The property can accommodate 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Arabian Trullo Trullo Saraceno XVI century (also known as the Arabian Trullo) is hidden amidst lush vegetation and boasts its own veranda. This trullo is wider, with two-meter ancient walls that excellently preserve coolness and a more massive structure compared to others. It features a terraced dome roof from which you can observe the local landscapes: olive groves and blooming meadows immediately transform into a lush, well-groomed lawn — a beautiful place to relax.

This space can accommodate four guests and includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a small kitchen with access to a private patio.
